Ok, so it’s been a while.
I made it thhrough Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year while do a program called A Little Obsessed. This is the intro to a brand new program by Autumn Calabrese and Beachbody.
These programs are revolutionary both with the targeted workouts and Timed Nutrition. Plus we’re using new fitness gear including bands and sliders.
I also am super excited to be part of a 13 week test group with Autumn that starts January 15th! His week I have been working on my meal prep and recipe testing including a super simple tempeh and spinach burrito, seitan stir fry, and yummy four bean salad.
Over the next 13 weeks, I’ll be chronicling my success and struggles! Can’t wait to share with all of you!
