So, the last few weeks have not been easy. Nobody said it would be but I sure didn’t think the journey would be quite this hard. The few pounds I had lost in the beginning have crept back on. Although the inches lost are exciting, the fact that the scale doesn’t budge is frustrating. I know I didn’t gain this weight overnight and it won’t come off fast either, but it will come off! The fact that my clothes are starting to feel better is awesome too!
I know I need to up my cardio and add that to my current strength routine. So I am starting my running program this week, with a goal of completing three days a week cardio and 7 days a week strength or active recovery workouts.
